Yes, reservations are required for both the sauna house and spa treatments. Walk-ins are welcome.

Spa service appointments require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service. We understand that unexpected situations, such as an emergency, accident, or sudden medical issue, can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible, and cancellation fees may be waived or adjusted at management’s discretion based on the circumstances.

Bring a swimsuit (required) and a water bottle. Flip flops or shower shoes are optional.

Yes. For the comfort of all guests, swimsuits are required in shared spaces and sauna facilities.
